What happens if it rains on a scheduled service day?
We reschedule within 5 business days at no extra charge. Hot-water cleaning is actually more effective on damp surfaces, so light rain rarely cancels — heavy rain or unsafe conditions do. You'll get notice the night before and the morning of.
Will the same crew show up every visit?
